Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Master Certified Coach and Neuroplastician, is known for helping leaders and coaches create conversations that expand thinking, perceive new possibilities, and commit to meaningful change.

As a pioneer in the coaching professions, she was the 5 th global president of the ICF, has delivered programs in 47 countries, was awarded an Impact Award for supporting AEON Vietnam to develop a coaching culture, and is a member of the ICF Circle of Distinction for her contributions to the global coaching community.

She teaches in 5 coaching schools in the US, Asia, and Europe and has published 6 books, including the 2 nd edition of her international bestseller Coach the Person, Not the Problem launching March 3rd. Coach the Person, Not the Problem, whose 2nd edition launches on March 3rd

She has a doctorate in organizational psychology and two masters degrees in communications and adult learning.
