Rudolf Nyári is a professional coach and explorer of human potential, passionate about performance, education, and the courage to turn dreams into reality.

He began in academia, but his drive to create and discover led him into entrepreneurship, where he built his own projects and companies — putting into practice everything he teaches: leadership, learning, and continuous growth.

Former President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Romania, the world’s largest coaching association.

Rudolf continues his mission through a PhD focused on the impact of artificial intelligence on coaching, exploring how technology and people can grow together.

He is a co-organizer of the Transylvania International Book Festival, an event that brings together culture, inspiration, and the energy of youth.

Through his “Read and Ride” project, Rudolf has shown that there are no limits — cycling with determination all the way to the North and South Poles to prove that reading, courage, and movement can change the world.

He strongly believes that true performance starts from within — and that every young person carries a powerful force capable of turning dreams into reality, step by step, page by page, pedal by pedal.
